Aged 110 years on average, the incredible vines that create 'The Old One' from the Matsu range were planted before the Easter Rising and the first World War - truly remarkable. Matsu translates to 'wait' in Japanese and, with yields of older vines being lower but the fruit more complex, it was well worth the wait.
