Tsukusu Gin is a Japanese Craft Gin distilled by Nishi Shuzo, a well-known Shochu maker dating back to 1845. Born in Japan's main distillation land of Kagoshima, Nishi Shuzo here has been around for over 170 years serving distillations. The Tsukusu Gin goes through two distillations in a process designed to "exhaust" the botanicals of their essence.
