Product DESCRIPTION
Assembly: 100% Chardonnay from the 2016 harvest combined with a percentage of reserve Chardonnay from previous harvests. 50% of the grapes come from the parcels of Avize and the other 50% from the parcels of Bergères-les-Vertus. The alcoholic fermentation, lasting six months on the lees, is carried out in steel.
